How to Play Songs
- Learn the chords for the song. Know their names and pay attention to how they sound.
- Practice switching between the chords until you can do it smoothly and quickly.
- Take a small section of each song at a time and practice the rhythm until you get it down. Slow it down and practice getting it right, then you can speed it up later. Playing sloppy will encourage your brain and fingers to learn it that way and it will be difficult to correct later.
- Add the vocals if you want to get a feel for the chord changes.
- Play along with the video and have fun with it.
